What we collect
- Bookings: your name, phone number, optional email, and the services you chose.
- Loyalty programme: your name, phone number, chosen persona, your unique code, and the date of each visit logged by our staff.
- Contact form and chat: whatever you type, plus a temporary session identifier.
- Analytics: anonymous usage data about pages visited.
Why we collect it
To confirm and manage your booking, to count your loyalty visits, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who can see it
Only the owner and authorised staff. Other customers cannot see your name, phone number, persona or visit history - the loyalty programme is private by design and there is no public leaderboard.
How long we keep it
Booking and visit records are kept while you remain a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask us to delete your loyalty profile at any time.
Cookies
We use a small amount of browser storage to keep your chat session together and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful.
