Bookings

An online booking reserves a time slot; it is not a payment. Pricing depends on your vehicle and its condition, and is confirmed with you before work begins. Payment is taken in person after the work is completed. We may cancel or reschedule a slot if circumstances require it, and will contact you on the number you provided.

Loyalty programme

• Membership is free and tied to the phone number you sign up with.
• Your unique code identifies you at checkout. Keep it private - anyone with your phone number and code can view your visit history.
• Visits are logged by staff at checkout. Visit tracking is at the business's discretion and we may correct records that were logged in error.
• Rewards are not yet live. Milestones shown in your dashboard are for tracking only, and any future reward, its terms and its availability may change or be withdrawn.
• We may suspend a membership we believe is being abused, for example duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

Our work

We take reasonable care with every vehicle. Pre-existing damage, failing clips, aged trim and previously repaired paint can react unpredictably to cleaning and correction; we will point out anything we spot before starting. Please remove valuables before handing over the car.
